WE, the Heads of State/Government of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the People’s Republic of China, gathered on 18 November 2011 in Bali, Indonesia, on the occasion of the 14th ASEAN-China Summit, to commemorate the Twentieth Anniversary of the ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations;
我们，中华人民共和国和东南亚国家联盟成员国的国家元首/政府首脑，在第14次中国—东盟领导人会议并纪念中国-东盟对话关系20周年之际，于2011年11月18日相聚印尼巴厘岛；
SATISFIED with the ever strengthened relationship and the significant progress and substantive achievements recorded in the wide-ranging dialogue relations and cooperation between ASEAN and China in various areas since 1991 when the dialogue relations were first started;
对于不断加强的中国—东盟关系和1991年开启对话关系以来双方全面对话关系及各领域合作取得的重要进展和显著成果感到满意；
WELCOMING the successful conclusion of the first Plan of Action for the period 2005-2010 and the adoption of the new Plan of Action for the period 2011-2015 to Implement the Joint Declaration on the ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity 2003;
欢迎2003年签署的《落实中国—东盟面向和平与繁荣的战略伙伴关系联合宣言》第一份行动计划（2005-2010）的成功落实及新行动计划（2011-2015）的通过；
APPRECIATING China being the first Dialogue Partner to accede to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia in 2003;
赞赏中国于2003年成为第一个正式加入《东南亚友好合作条约》的对话伙伴；
WELCOMING China’s firm and consistent support for ASEAN integration and Community building process as well as for ASEAN’s central role in East Asia cooperation and in an evolving regional architecture;
