第一环节 英汉交替传译（外文部分由外教读出）
此环节中每位选手将从大屏幕中抽取题号，题号对应有相应的题目，主体内容为模拟记者招待会。参赛者需在规定时间内译出中外记者和新闻发言人问答内容。此环节中，评委将根据选手翻译内容的准确度，汉语表达，英语表达以及现场应变能力给出相应的分数。
每位选手在每次翻译前将有10秒钟准备时间
Round one, consecutive interpretation
In this round, the contestants will be placed in the stimulated press conferences, which include a foreign journalist, a Chinese and a Chinese spokesman, and required interpret what they have said into Chinese or English accordingly. The marks will be given based on accuracy in content, Chinese expression, English expression and flexibility.
The contestants will be given 10 seconds for preparing before their interpretations.
第二环节 短片翻译
在此环节，选手将抽取一段视屏短片，将该短片的内容翻译为汉语，此环节中，评委将根据选手翻译内容的准确度，汉语表达和应变能力给出相应的分数。每位选手将有20秒的准备时间
